We could not be happier with our experience working with Jane Cummings and Mark Angelozzi. From the very beginning, Jane was extremely responsive and listened carefully to our needs. We are coming from out of state so Jane's local expertise was incredibly helpful for us. We were looking in an extremely tight market with very little inventory, and Jane was able to find a number of off market properties which gave us way more to choose from. Once we were under contract, that's where Mark jumped in. Given that we are from out of state and busy with work, Mark was a tremendous help providing guidance, meeting up with contractors, being flexible with scheduling, and providing contacts for renovation projects. He and Jane make an outstanding team, and we would happily refer anyone one to them.

I could not have asked for better agents than Jane and Mark. They made the whole process of buying a house incredibly easy and as low-stress as a house purchase can be. Amazing buying experience: always had our best interests in mind, went always the extra 10 miles, especially since we were coming from out of town not familiar with the Baltimore area, making suggestions on how we could save money and really helping us get the most by using all of her experience, psychological tricks as to how to interact with seller's agent, and we always felt we had the extra edge because of her connections and experience. We were selling at the same time in a different state and wished we had Jane and Mark on our side during our sale. Best-ever real estate team (Jane and Mark) and would 100% recommend them and use them again, for both buying and selling. Service extraordinaire!

Jane and her partner Mark helped us sell our home in Owings Mills during a slow market in the Summer of 2019. She absolutely knew the area, the potential buyers and the process that would most efficiently sell the home. She was supportive, candid, honest and pragmatic during what can be a difficult process. When potential buyers were 'playing games' she spotted it immediately and gave us the best advice as to how to proceed. I give her and Mark the highest of recommendations. If you are selling in the Baltimore area, no matter the size or price of your home, you can't do better! They were there for us every step of the way and actually made it fun!

Despite falling on the lower price end of Jane's portfolio, throughout the entire process, she went above and beyond in accommodating our needs and making us feel welcome in our new city. In addition to helping us find our dream home, Jane and Mark served as our negotiating advocates and provided recommendations for contractors and services even after our move. While I don't want to ever leave my new home, if we ultimately have to, we'd certainly turn to Jane again!

There is no one like Jane Cummings in this area! My wife and I worked with her on finding our dream home. Before that, she helped us find our first home years ago. She is always yso patient, so insightful, and wise that we really know we have a trusted partner that truly cares about our wellbeing. She has become more like a family member in her level of concern for the wellbeing of my wife and children. I trust her implicitly! I wish there were a higher rating than 5 stars - I would give her 10!

It's really difficult to give Jane anything but a rave review. Sometimes reviews without a single negative aren't taken seriously, but I can emphatically state that Jane really is that great. She knows her market, she is a quick study of the couple or family and the varying and sometimes dueling priorities that surface. She can help you compromise and "keep it real," but she doesn't rush to that. She has everyone's best interest at heart and plays the long game to ensure that you really find what you really want. She was an immeasurable help in other ways, helping us find our footing in Baltimore; she's much more than a realtor. She's a relocation mentor who happens to have the skills and negotiating tenacity to match her warm heart and fantastic mind.

Jane is a good listener and takes the time to get to know her clients' likes and dislikes. From there she takes her knowledge of the market and uses her network of realtors and friends to help you find a home that suits your needs. Don't be fooled by her loving and kind nature, though it is completely genuine, she will fight hard for her clients. She did for my family. When we are in the market again Jane will be the realtor we choose to buy and sell our next property.
